One to One Coaching

The coaching process is forward moving, change oriented, optimistic and affirming. It provides a supportive safe space for exploration and discovery. You are the expert on yourself and coaching empowers you to find your own answers. My approach challenges you to get to know yourself as never before, and to listen to yourself in a totally new way.

Who is coaching for?

Coaching is for anyone who is searching for more in life, and willing to commit to a process of compassionate enquiry and authentic action.

You may be at a time of change, uncertainty or crisis. You may realise that how you have been is not how you wish to continue. Or perhaps you want to explore how to live your unique life in the best possible way. Whether you are a student, professional, parent, undergoing a career or lifestyle change or major life event, or embarking on retirement- coaching helps you to discover what is right for you.

One to one coaching sessions

  • Offer an opportunity to pause.
  • Help you develop awareness about the obstacles preventing you from living your best life.
  • Connect you with your inner knowing, enabling you to move forward with confidence and purpose.
  • Bring clarity, new perspectives and increased self-awareness.
  • Teach tools and practices to develop self-compassion, enrich relationships and sustain yourself on your growth journey.

  • Gain understanding around what holds you back from living the life you desire.

What to expect

  • Our meetings take place either in person or online.
  • Each meeting lasts 60 minutes.
  • Typically a client will engage in 6 sessions over a 3 to 4 month period.
  • Part of the coaching process is a commitment to action steps between sessions.
